Very nice. Martha Koome should be really ashamed of herself. She won't recover from her miscalculation to appease the beast. Uhuru is a beast who should be fought. Not appeased.

They are pounding pressure on Uhuru. For him he thinks its okei to ignore because he is doing his last term.
The best place to hit Uhuru is where his money is.
He should be made liable financially for all misdeeds he has done ,thats when he is going to soberize.

Yes that only language he will understand. If he is handed a 10B kshs bill - he might never drink again - Mama ngina who is so iron-fisted - might die.

Now the thing is our judiciary is adversial - they dont have suo moto powers

So Kenyans need to take Uhuru to court - and seek such orders  - that will hold him personally liable for disobeying the law.

We have BBI one - let see if the COA will uphold the findings and find him personally responsible.

Then he can throw all the tantrums he wants.

You believe that Uhuru Kenyatta is retiring

Pundit believes he will seek 12 months extra then be kind to go home.

Robina and other ODM Groupies think he's simply marking time hand over power to King Raila and join the Luo traditional dancers before taking a civilian helicopter to go to Gatundu leaving the new king to make every Luo fabulously rich.

You are all WRONG. Uhuru Kenyatta has no plan to retire. He's not planning to leave. The only thing Raila can wait for is a red hot iron tarimbo for his asshole. He will be shafted like there's no shafting.

Uhuru will nevertheless fail. He will fail because Uthamaki has simply run out of credible tribal demagogues to cheat. The last was Ruto. They got Raila but since they can't fulfill what he wants that's dead. Ruto wants the presidency and zero else. The rest such as MaDvD have run out of ideas and people have found them out. 34 years in politics and MaDvD has the audacity to say he's a fresh safe pair of hands!!!

Only the institutions can bring Uhuru down but after he leaves office. Historically chances of ending up in prison increase if he installs someone from his own tribe or party.
They are pounding pressure on Uhuru. For him he thinks its okei to ignore because he is doing his last term.

There is a reason every new leader when confronted with a crisis usually demands to know how the former guys used to deal with it and then says let's do what they used to do.  All those who ignore that like Trump or Zuma end up badly.

Uhuru has made and continues to make several Cardinal errors:

1. He breaks the law then rubs in removing deniability that goes I didn't know or that wasn't the intention

2. Uhuru steals public money in a very foolish way. Take what he recently stole from Treasury and sent the Borana to lie it was loaned to equity. Equity which has shareholders in North America and Europe was forced to deny to avoid a run on it. That's theft that left a trail bigger than the rut of an APC.

3. Uhuru trusts his tribesmen to protect and defend him. When is the last time he defended anybody for just being a tribesman. Presidents work with people not because of tribe but their character, attributes, weaknesses strengths. If you are looking for an assassin the best may be from another tribe. He doesn't work for tribal love: he works for money. So here Uhuru has blundered
4. In Africa every president who knows what's good for him keeps well clear of tribesmen. Deby knew it but on his last day blundered. Who told the rebels where he'd be and supplied them a sniper rifle? Ofcourse the Zagawas. Obote, Nguema, etc fell to friends from "allied" tribes and relatives

5. By the time he took over he knew land was a hot issue. His family was associated with land grabbing and poaching. It was also accused of tycoon meanness. So why is he grabbing land like there's no kesho and killing rhinos with help of Balala (who was appointed by Mom)? Where did the horns go after the rhinos died "accidentally"?

So in short Uhuru has basically shot himself in the temple.  His enemies and institutions wont need to scratch the surface to jail him. In fact all the evidence from paying Wanjigi, Stealing police funds to pay supreme court judges to eurobond etc are in plain sight.

It's not the 10 billion fine he should fear; it's prison. Jailing a former president is never about him repaying his debt. It's about KILLING him. If you fail like Basonaro has failed to kill Lula, Lula will be back and he'll jail Basonaro

Yes that only language he will understand. If he is handed a 10B kshs bill - he might never drink again - Mama ngina who is so iron-fisted - might die.

I doubt nascent Kenya democracy has the cojones to jail him - but he can be fined heavily. Lets not make it harder for him to go peaceful. Let him finish and go. We will send the BBI bill to Private Box Gatundu. If he can't pay - his pension will be gone. The court will order the pension office to deduct the money until he pays for BBI.

The likes of Odunga, Miguna, Ngugi should sue him for defamation after he is out office

Who says it's only the DPP who can indict him?

There are private prosecutions.

In addition a simple mwananchi can walk into a police station in Marigat and file a complaint against him. It'll wind through the system finally reaching the DPP who will take out charges some 15 years from now. Ask Mohammed Ershad. A farmer got him.

Is
Is it something you disagree with or you hate the idea. Uhuru is slandering sitting judges. They have a right to seek redress. They don't have state power to abuse and arrest him like he did to Johanna ngeno and oscar Sudi but it's the same principle

Any aggrieved person has the right to sue and Uhuru is game. Defamation just doesn't sound like it will go very far in the case of the judges.

Ouru has the right to protect the powers that the constitution confers upon the executive branch from being eroded.  Now that the courts have declared a war against him, he does not have to obey their biased orders.  This court was ill advised to issue orders that cannot be enforced and they will soon become irrelevant unless koome takes charge of the judiciary and stop the activism by the court. The court cannot win if the war becomes political. Ouru cannot be impeached because the country is divided and no one wants Ruto to be president except kalenjins.  Ouru can only be removed by the legislature through impeachment and the military.  I think he is safe from both.

Why not when he has defamed them. Odunga once sued a bank for less trangression - I think they put him wrongly in CRB or something.

Uhuru will not enjoy his retirement the more he disobeys the law. THIS COK2010 SIO MCHEZO. HE NEED TO LISTEN TO GOOD LAWYERS. IT WILL COME TO HAUNT HIM

People are waiting for his tenure to end - so he can become sueable. The more he breaks the law - while he has one year to become private citizen - the more he will need 20 lawyers to deal with cases all over the country.

Nothing stop these judges for suing him on his personal capacity for defaming them. They have evidence from JSC.

Any aggrieved person has the right to sue and Uhuru is game. Defamation just doesn't sound like it will go very far in the case of the judges.

How did he defame them?.  These judges are petulant.  Nobody has a right to hold any public office-its a privilege. They should see what the US supreme court judges have to go through to be appointed to the court.

By alleging they have integrity issues. I know you're smarting from 20-NIl you got from BBI so you cannot think straight. Judges only asset is their reputation. If PORK misuse power to damage their reputation without any justifiable cause - then he ought to pay

If I was Odunga or Ngugi - I would sue them on my private capacity - once he also become a private citizen. Miguna should also sue those who disobey court orders.

COK 2010 sio MCHEZO. Uhuru should have voted NO. This is more progressive than US constitution - which a 200yr old  retrogressive katiba.

COk2010 is very progressive - KIFUA doesn't work with her :) :) - you got deal with her intelligently - or it will BITE YOU - Uhuru could be staring at 5-10B BBI BILL - COK2010 - not even law - clearly says HE OUGHT TO PAY IN HIS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY.

Already it gave us an 1st in Africa Annualed  election of a Sitting POrk, has given BBI 20-0 - and declared itself for ENTERNITY :) - this one will take miracles to kill. I use to tell Robina daily - from 2018 - that COK2010 sio Mchezo - but  SHE DIDNT LISTEN.

How did he defame them?.  These judges are petulant.  Nobody has a right to hold any public office-its a privilege. They should see what the US supreme court judges have to go through to be appointed to the court.

Kichwa the problem is not the judges - it an activist constitution. The only thing it misses is LQBT+ rights. We wanted a progressive activist constitution-we got it. We cannot blame poor judges for judicial activism.

What option does Maraga say when everywhere it writtten SHALL SHALL.Maraga SHALL dissolve parliament.

UHuru SHALL DO this and put in writting.

Unless we become like Uhuru and totally disregard COK2010 and rule by own own whims. BUT C0K2010 is aware of such games and will come to bite you later.

Pundit perhaps you have conveniently forgotten that the greatest derailment of the Constitution happened in 2013 when people with integrity issues were allowed to run for PORK and running mate. Mu-tunga allowed them to trample Chapter Six in the mud and you sang like a teenage cheerleader. You even declared Odunga crazy. Just reading through the two threads below makes one wonder what happened to your consistency, which was rarely there.

I still maintain my position that integrity chapter applies for all gov official except where constitution (the same constitution) overrides for Mps/Pork/Governors by saying
only one is INELIGBIBLE if they have been 1) FOUND Guilty and 2) Have exhausted all forms of appeals. Plain clear English.

In short Uhuru cannot be a minister in his own gov :) But he can be the president.

Uhuru and Ruto were actually the first victim of Chapter six. Uhuru immediately lost his Finance Ministry and Ruto his Higher Education when they were charged by ICC. They both kept their political offices of MPS and Uhuru's Prime Minister.

Now when they decided to run for PORK - the constitution gave them that opportunity.

Some of you are just IDIOTS - it took Lenoala and bench 30 mins to dismiss that Uhuru or Ruto were barred for violating chapter six.

Chapter six - is meant for civil servants - but people elected directly by the People - it doesn't apply.

Chapter six expect non-political civil services of highest integrity - but it leave the elected leadership to be sorted by Wananchi.
