We are almost Mid Month of June  but Uhuru still hopes for a referendumn mid July and IEBC to enact constituion changrs by Mid August.
Is Uhuru of a spund mind ? BBI is dead , he used it as a strategy to neutralize Raila and by the time he thought he could take advantage of it and get leverage in the next Govt and use it to safeguard the looting , it was a bit too late and strategically erronious having created a monster for Judiciary.
if I could advice him , fade to the dark. Its over let it go. Moi was there before ,Kibaki was there before you learn from history .St Mary alumni snd drink buddies will fight for their lives , some of the drink buddies like Gachagua have their future made , some like Muturi trying to get tract. Murathe knows his way , St Marys boys will have problems but that is life.
The Matiangis and Kibicho can write books and they will sell.

Uhuru your time is up.Start preparing to hand over the sword to Ruto. He is still your family friend.

Uhuru should try to finish and go - kenya resisted dictatorship long time ago - hii yake ni mchezo.

He is actually lucky because Ruto won't touch him. But Raila will give him just one month.

Mu-tunga has no business advising Uhuru. When he had the chance to pre-advise him, he failed miserably. He should own the process he started. Not that Uhuru is wrong on this though.

Majority of Railites thought Mutunga having advocated for a new constituion in 90s was pro Raila. They forget that Mutunga and the rhen activists in 90s having built momentum for constituion change were berrayed by Raila . Raila joined hands with Moi and started IPPG where he fished Ghai and installed him as The chair of Constitution change.
The activists were left on their own.
Mutunga did the right thing in 2013, same thing he is telling Uhuru to do .Power can corrupt individuals but when you adhere to constituion then you cant misuse it.
Mutunga left judiciary and went back to teaching. Uhuru ofcourse has ha hobby, he will leave  Presidency and go back to do what he knows best.
With the many enemies he has made , he will need Judiciary to defend him. He doesnt need to start a trend he will regret.
Funny how the so called previous defenders of constituion are now the forefronters of mutilating it .

The irony is lost on Mu-tunga. After making Uhuru and Ruto saints in 2013, he now wants Uhuru to go to hell.

Typical Ojingaism. You're only good as long as you remain pro-Ojinga all your life even when facts are absent. You can only agree with Mutunga 100% of he remained a slave to the Odinga - like most Luos have been forced to? So everything Mutunga has done before is now nothing because of 2013 :)

Mu-tunga has done some good things - like retiring and going home. There is something called moral authority. Mu-tunga lost it in 2013 and has never recovered. He cannot reverse it with an open letter to the president. The hypocrisy stinks to high heavens. It's like the high priest tweeting on constitutionalism and integrity.

All that coz he found no evidence that Ojinga had been rigged. Not everybody worship Ojinga. The decision I think was UNANIMOUS. Even if Mutunga had dissented - Ojinga would still have lost.

Why are you trying hard to ape your in laws bana? Ojingaism, wtf. Be original, stop pandering to uthamaki. Our differences are minor in comparison with gulf between us and Gema. Just wait on those phantom centro votes  :D

You are right...Mutunga lost it in 2013 not to mention how he become CJ through Ahmednassir (shifta).

UhuRuto won fair and square in 2013 and 2017.
Raila will be beaten fair and square in 2022 and you will blame Martha Koome who you are now praising and supporting

Again, the irony is lost on Maraga. A former judiciary CEO purporting to instruct the Legislature to impeach the Executive for doing just what the Constitution expects of it (signature). If the judiciary were as innocent as he claims, why can't it do what it is threatening to do by itself (independence)? On this one, Ouru should not budge.

Not everyone is an ODM cow - who as Moi said - are cheap - mia tano tu - and they will compose inshas to defend the indefensible. Uhuru literally hit a jackpot with Ojinga and his cows - they don't need anything - just fake promises - not money - not positions - they will defend anything - even if they are outside gov.

Who called for the impeachment of Parliament that passed this unconstitutional law?
