Her silence is too loud. She has 9 years to go.
Judiciary is being attacked and she is plain silent. I shudder to think ehat is going on with Judicial officers. At this rate she will be impeached.
For those who dont know ,She was one of the reason Martha Karua resigned in 2010 as CJ Minister, was suprised the other day Martha Karua congratulating her.

13 Months remaining till he is gone together with St Marys Alumni and Drunkards.
Based on the noises from advocates, She might not survive next year. Once new regime comes in with their reps , LSK rep this year and next year election and Judges and magistrate against her she will find herself answering questions.
For now it seems only Warsame and Mwilu are supporting her in JSC from juriciary side , Once Uhuru reps AG and the 2 public reps are out . She will have a hard time especially if BBI comes under her table and makes it pass.

Advocates are already baying for her blood. We are back in 2002 when advocates wanted CJ Bernard Chunga out.

She is useless. She think compromising independence of judiciary will give him state cooporation.

I don't see how she will precede over serious cases going forward. She has to recluse herself - and just become a CEO. Her sitting at Supkem to hear judgment has been comprimised.
