You are a lawyer now. Kihara gave us assurance that courts cannot stop this bibi yao. You have little knowledge on all subjects because you rely on poorly written articles instead od legal experts like orengo, Kihara or former !AG Muigai. Keep on listening to that ogiek murkomen, he knows no law

Mavoko brain just wait to be shafted after backing Uhuru since 2001 - 20 years  :) Ruto has been kicked out of literally every camp he ever joined after doing all the donkey work. Meantime BBI lineup is loading. I asked you what is your fallback when BBI pass parliament and Ndii nonsense get tossed - as 2022 become Yes vs No. What does watermelon lineup look like?

Kondele brain, so why are senators unhappy? It appears even within GEMA - those who missed out - like Nyeri or Muranga are unhappy. RV we are happy - Bomet for example got 2 and kericho one. Nakuru 5. Kiambu 5. Nairobi 12. Coast did well.

Entire Luo Nyanza got 3...it appears Luos will sacrifice pretty much everything ....in hope Uhuru will endorse Raila. When that doesn't happen. PREMIUM TEARS FOR MANY YEARS.

Kondele brain kweli.

Get a brain transplant.

They will be blocked by Lusaka and Muturi. And which "last-minute amendments" is Raila unhappy with? It simple: Gema get the goodies as Raila-NASA split the animal. Greedy Ruto winds up high and dry.

In short you are watermelon. You can always vote no.

BBI has what Kenyans really wanted in Bomas and CoE Drafts before Kilifi and Naivasha ukora. Hybrid didn't fall from the sky Kenyans wanted it through years of consultations.

The court is our last hope otherwise Yes BBI IS TOO TOXIC for those of us who love Kenya. Politics will come and go - but I want nothing less than independent judiciary - proper separation of power (not hybrid nonsense where Mps are ministers) - and all that nonsense in BBI.

Remove the toxic parts - no problem with PM/DPM with CS being ex-officio members of parliament - no problem with 35% to counties - BIG problem with hybrid mongrel that takes us back to 90s. BIG PROBLEM WITH POSSIBILTY OF 180 Nominated WOMAN MPS to make 600 strong NA.

As for you - you spend 3yrs shouting parliamentary - but now anything Raila or uhuru is gospel.

why did you even go to SCHOOL? You're basically AN IDIOT.

BBI basically undo 2010 - and takes us back to MONGREL WE HAD. You want us to cheer this retrogression. In the name of stop Ruto movement. What if Ruto dies today in helicopter crash

Constitution 2010 is very progressive document - just need fixing of small issues that NO identified in 2010
1) More protection of property rights
2) More devolution - 35%  - and more power to devolved units.
3) Maybe add those PM things...for illusion of power sharing.

Hiyo tu.

Politician want hybrid; Not kenyans; Grow some brain.

FINAL COE - Kenyans wanted either Presidential or Parliamentary - otherwise what was purpose of changing 2010 constriction which was a mongrel? USE YOUR LITTLE BRAINS.

https://katibaculturalrights.files.wordpress.com/2016/04/coe_final_report-2.pdf

Considerations that emerged from Kenya’s constitutional history made the choice of system
difficult:
a) Consultations undertaken by the Committee prior to the decision of the PSC to
introduce a presidential system showed that the country was polarised between
choosing either a presidential or a parliamentary system of government
.
b) People were almost unanimous in demanding that a president should be
directly elected and that the presidency should have limited powers.

c) There was a strong sentiment in favour of a Prime Minister, in addition to an
elected President, the latter being a Member of Parliament with majority
support in Parliament.

d) There was less clarity on the relationship and division of powers between a
President and a Prime Minister. Who should bear executive power, how much
power should the President have, what system of accountability would work
best?

In short you are watermelon. You can always vote no.

BBI has what Kenyans really wanted in Bomas and CoE Drafts before Kilifi and Naivasha ukora. Hybrid didn't fall from the sky Kenyans wanted it through years of consultations.

You think BBI lineup is patented by Raila or what? That only Raila can offer PM and Deputy PMs :) and nobody else can?

. Ruto will play the game according to the rules. If there is PMship - he won't lack people to promise. You really have puny brain.
