IEBC barred from holding a referendum until 7 petitions are heard.

But I guess they can proceed at MCA/Parliament level?

Read it - they have given MCA/Parliament the go ahead - but with caveat that they might consider all that unconstitutional

Next should be to sue MCAs in areas like Siaya who are trying to pass BBI without any serious - public participation and the works. Constitutional bill is a serious matter that cannot be rushed.
