Biden may turn out to be the last normal president. MAGA ideology is here to stay, it is almost a religion now. The two most populous white sub- ethnic groups in America are the Scotch-Irish aka Southerners and the Germans who mostly reside in the Mid-West, both those groups are notoriously blood and soil and anti-democratic. The Yankee WASP elite that were the vanguard of American democracy have died out, the Ashkenazi Jewish elite who replaced them are also dying out rapidly.
