Nope - these are legit folks - outgoing governors. Of course they are all Handshake cause in Ruto camp it blasphemy to be pro-BBI. Otherwise Mandagos and Nanoks must be salivating for the golden parachute.

Raila is hoping to hawk those positions to non odm and so how do the two idiots hope to benefit when their share is already factored out
