Truth of the matter is that there is a lacuna in Chapter Six of the Constitution on Leadership and Integrity .UhuRuto ised that gap to vie for 2013 elections . Where as the Constituion sets a bar there is no law which clearly outlines the threshold.
Parliament has been fishy with this and have clearly looked on the otherside as they know its like a msumeno hukata mbele na nyuma most of them are as corrupt as they come.

Judges also now are very fearfull as they are as corrupt as the politicians themselve. They think fencesitting now might save them from being targetted by the next regime as they also dont know who the next regime will be.
Truth of the matter the next regime will do away with a minimum of 50% of the judges. The current Judiciary is made up of Lawyers handpicked by Ahmednasir in 2003 and the ones who came with the new constituion post 2010 . As it is with nature a new crop of lawyers would want to become rich and in that they need the Judiciary and the only way is have classmates as Judges . Thats how Ahmednasirs were be ables to control Judiciary and in the process become Grand Mullas. A new ageset of Judges is coming. 2022 will be a new dawn.

What lacuna? Uhuruto have never been convicted- Sonko and Waititu have. About another "randiko sanjare" dream on - PORK had uncensored powers in 2003 which is no longer the case. How exactly do you see it happening - under what law?
