How many counties does MoButu have to stop BBI

Tall order for Mobutu if he decides to go NO.Whether he supports or not,the thing will still pass.

Raila is only assured of 3.5 counties. The rest are mostly Ruto for taking.

BBI arrived DOA and time-barred. We won't be gong to any referendum.

Pajero , we have the courts and IEBC which will do thst even before it goes to the counties....
