They really don't seem to understand what kind of people Ruto is targetting.
They think Ruto is targetting jobless graduates
or middle class business men.
Ruto is targeting 90% who didn't go to any university and most never even went to high school.
That is ignored majority. The boda-boda kind. The wheelbarrow kind.
This is essentially a revolt against Uhuru and his dynastic plan.
Now Raila is also handing Ruto almost for free all the "progressive forces" by supporting enactment of Moi kind of authoritarian move.I think all progressive or thinking class are now with Ruto - a bar one or two - dyed in the wool odingaist. They have no option but adopt Ruto now as the force to take on BBI very retrogressive attempt to ammend the constitution. Just like the church had to work with Ruto in 2010.
Then Church - Ruto took them in 2010 - and it just continuation. It helped with 2012 prayer rallies against ICC. The church humanize Ruto.
Combined those 3 forces and before end of the year - Uhuru will be pleading on all his fours.
