Uhuru will be lameduck next year - he just need to fire Ruto CS, PSs, etc - and prep handover to Raila. PK has taken over the mountain.

Yes, I don't see how he can wake up to constitutional moment in his sunset years.  That part is meant for Raila and Robina. A lullaby.
