GEMA at best population wise is 23%. Voting wise maybe 25%. Non-GEMA are like 75%. But GEMA without (yet) a clear candidate for 2022 are going to be the king makers.

Ruto cannot say anything because his bid depends on GEMA.

Raila is stuck btw the two stones in the bush(BBI) and one stone (ODM) he has.
