Nairobi is one of the 47 counties. Each county gets a budget allocation. Why or how would State House deny Nairobi its budget allocation and not other counties? Has Sonko been grilled by parliament committees for monies Nairobi county did not receive? Ama wewe ni kuropoka tu?
