Find us the lovely dictator first. What we need is less gov in our lives.Privatize what is not essential gov services. For example - piped water is not really essential - it can be done by private companies - in competition. You should be free to choose say Water XYZ - because all of them have laid their pipes all over. Most of the roads can be privatized. Most of the security can be privatized. Most of education and health can be privatized. Gov just become the regulator

Once gov remain with few essential functions - it will insulate everyone from abuse.

And then devolve the f.ck of the essential services - so decision making is at lowest level possible.
