BBI final version has issues of PM (without being necessarily an MP) and crucially for these troubled times proposal to AMEND constitution so that the President CAN FIRE HIS DP. Doesn't take much to know its specifically directed at Ruto. A question of jump or be pushed.
Reasoning goes like This: having a DP who cannot be fired by the President is extremely risky and dangerous. Because a President may end up with someone who sabotage, undermine and runs parallel government yet doesn't have authority to fire.
