The ONLY strategy and structure Tinga's party had which largely succeeded was,violence, chaos,mayhem & terror meted out by organized baba's militia the same instruments used by terrorists organizations including outlawed groups. How sad they have learnt nothing from handshake!

I think Uhuru is above such shenanigans. You imagine Uhuru will order the police to look the other side. That I think is just Kibicho-Matiangi misusing their power. Uhuru being a system i told you have 3 teams working for him - those that support Ruto - those that oppose Ruto - those that are neither here or there (moderates). This happened during every regime. It happen under Jomo Kenyatta - where PCs and Minister were slapping & abusing Moi as they desperately tried to change Katiba for like 5yrs- while others like Kibaki & Njonjo were working to deputize Moi. It happen all through MOi regime - vicious camps of KANU A & B - and moderates. It happened during Kibaki regime - some were doing their thing with MadDVD & UDM (like Prof whatever -StateHouse controller & Nancy)- others were baiting for Uhuru (Like late Michuki & etc) -- while some were moderates who don't care.

Uhuru is not a small man - he is PORK - a system - and receive conflicting advises on daily basis - he has the experience to make the right call.
