We should wait for BBI 'devil details' and see if it's worth giving it a chance. The Abstract of a Parliamentary government makes sense. We should all give it a fair chance.  I hope that the 'details' in the recommendation will not water down the merits.

Now, that said...I am more concerned about the market 'Vendor' who is presenting a Goat and a Hyena for choice. That Vendor is playing political mischief. This 'Hyena', whatever its name, will go bonkers in 'karatina' market when the buyer buys the goat as he certainly will, and refuse to pay for the circus of bringing a hyena to a goat market.
