I use to see Tony mochama around 2006-2010 in clubs.He didn't have his shiet together and was more like a vagabond begging for beer.Anyway I think as man constantly and consistently ask for consent.If a woman say stop.STOP.Unless you're an arsehole there are very very few woman who would shame themselves to claim BV rape.of course if you're super rich or famous...be very very careful.In short if you're man...in the modern society..be very afraid.Cograts Mochama for winning but out there are perverts..and women are weaker sex.Rape is very real especially at lower rungs of society.

I presume there's more precedent for defamation laws over rape in Kenya. I have doubts in Kenya a jury would reward rape victims. Still pretty archaic and 1700s when it comes to women's rights. On this note, please take a moment to reflect on our commando OO.

As long as people are not convicted before a fair trial, I don't see any issue.  In fact the women who are raped are at a disadvantage.  Many of them take a while to gather the courage, if at all, to report the crime.  By which time, the evidence is usually unreliable or even erased.

Of course, in this case, he was right to sue for defamation.  Because that is exactly what it is in Kenya.  In the US, it's a bit harder because of the First Amendment.
