Official data released on Friday showed that SGR generated sales of Sh5.7 billion last year (previous figures disclosed in March showed the SGR generated sales of Sh10.33 billion) on the back of the cargo business.

I am sure there is confusion somewhere - maybe the reporting periods. KNBS data calendar year. Kenya parastals data end on June. Most private companies annual year end around march - to give them enough time to pay corporate tax to GOK.
