I am not sure how any sane person would board it, even just to ferry them across, let alone party on it. And the folks on that boat were fairly well to do citizens of the Kampala elite

Based on the video that I have seen the boat interior looked far much better but it's hard to tell since they had tonnes of women gyrating. In the end its all vanity, I tell you.

I can't believe such a tragedy happened on Lake Victoria... a lake. They really ought to have a mayday search and rescue system put in place. For goodness sakes at the bare minimum safety regulations like life jackets? This tragedy is unacceptable.
