Both Rawlings Odhiambo and Olive Mwea scored 99% in Mathematics, 92% in English, 97% in Kiswahili, 81% in Science and 84% in Social Studies.

I think that is within the realm of possibility.  Remarkable but not necessarily suspicious.  I would start to get suspicious if they got the same answers to the same questions in all the subjects.
