I'm surprised the whole planet isn't treating this like a global crisis.

It's what happens when anti-intellectual forces are allowed to run loose like is currently happening in the world's most powerful country.  America is currently lead by an anti-science clique that ignores or dismisses information they don't want to hear.  Literally managing things as if the world is reality TV.  It does not help that Brazil is led by a mini-clone of the disaster currently leading the US.  This combination of factors creates the perfect storm.

What fires?

There's green shit flashing in Sydney skies... I was driving home and thought for a sec whether superman was real. Literal greenish fireball flashed across my windscreen. What is going on in the world....

He should stop encouraging the forest invaders to clear the trees for their own selfish gain.

So long as the natives aren't benefiting from the forest amazon will remain in danger.

As long as the big industrial polluters are not paying forest protection will be a long shot. Even at a local level we need factories to start paying serious money to NEMA, NWSC for cleaning up the toxic rivers.

Is Kenya part of any climate agreement?

Don't they have pygmy populaces in the Amazon rainforest?

Kenya joined the climate free lunch party a while back. Which Kenyan politician would fail to smell an international SGR elephant size?

Then why is it dangerously smogged in Nairobi? I reckon the smog is worse in Nairobi than Sydney.
