I think he can be corrupt and still fight corruption. I laud what he is doing. Corruption should not be free for all. If he can make sure only a few guys can steal or take advantage of policy making - I'd be fine with it - the problem is corruption that affects everyone - I am talking say traffic police kind of corruption. Getting say passport now - you've got to part with something. That kind of corruption is the worst.

Small corruption can easily be dealt with by using technology. Huduma bora has gone along way in reducing corruption imposed on simple access to government services like passport, business registration etc. Police we just need to start using smart ID and implement ticketing  by traffic police.
