quite an eye opener,  lady deputy governor said it all pesa mashinani would solve most problems in makueni, better road, better health care and better education...why would any sane person be opposed to that?

Mutula jnr is a disrespectful POS, may be a pedophile too, how do you make laws in the senate setting counties expenditure ceiling then turn around to incite MCA to demand more money from the governor?

As for the URP speaker they should just get rid of him legally or kienyeji style
