Courts will order repeat tests and nobody will find nothing. They will at most tamper with the samples just to nail them but there's nothing wrong with this sugar.

Yes and some mild no:

The cartels would have to work very hard seeing what has befallen the KEBS boss whom they were relying on.

The rules of testing are such that once the samples are tested after the impounded stuff is weighed and photographed, one can only retest the collected samples (if they are available).

Usually drug kingpins go to the labs ahead of the police or shortly after and change the samples. Doing it after the results are out would be a first and that is why I said we will see bribes in the billion class.
