There is a border separating Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda. If Munya wants, he can put on his divers suit and go see the remains of the underwater beacons that Museveni ordered removed.

Migingo is his private game as well as trial balloon allowing him the opportunity to prepare and plan to achieve his ambition of capturing Mombasa port and scavenging the entity Kenya.

Unfortunately the Election Riggers and other national traitors have chosen to ignore the obvious and make use of Museveni's services such as the sending of killers to Kisumu in 2008 and 2017. Then there is the belief that Luos in Kenya belong to Raila and he is incharge of the area. That attacking sovereign Kenyan territory in some way sends a message to Luos or Raila. This belief is strong in some Kenyans you would think they get it through mother's milk! It is the same people who would tell you (without batting an eyelid) that in 2007 Raila was in charge of elections in Nyanza and his strongholds - something that allowed him to stuff election boxes.

Now we have Munya telling us that we should grant Museveni power to jointly administer Migingo and other Lake Victoria Islands. Pure lunacy.

Once again I agree with Munya that the Lake should be policed by combined force of East Africa and we should aim for more integration in East Africa. The rest of your nonsense don't deserve a response.

You are entitled to air your idiocy. Your freedom of expression is guaranteed and does subject your utterances to any kind of intelligence test.

In any event there is nothing to evaluate other than "support" for Munya. It's one of those "opinions" offered at public rallies by touts on the pay of politicians. The touts usually have no idea about the substance of what they just raised their hands to "support". How could I argue with a glorified political heckler?

Kenya would have been able to respond, but for lack of military muscle(money stolen).  Museveni understands that.  He has never had issues with Rwanda after the Kisangani rout.  Of course he keeps off TZ, even though it has an even larger stake in the lake.
