Only the naive think there is anybody in our politics who is not corrupt. Why would Kenyattas spend billions to campaign if they didn't want to make more money.

So the essence of NYS scandal is Ben gethi wins the tender to supply diesel on behalf of uhuru's uncle and his partner. The latter company do the actual supply of the diesel at ridiculously inflated prices. They supplied the diesel at 104 while the retail price at the time was about 80. There's a trend here, all this companies winning tenders are fronts. Why the hell would AG and Kinyua be involved in pushing for private company payments. Clearly the lord of corruption is none other than Uhuru and his larger family.

You don't have any problem with corruption. You wouldn't mind if the entire Health budget was looted and Ebola broke out. You have your USAID financed insurance and can make use of Ugandan health services.

That is what we have printed in Gideon Moi's paper. The whole story is not known. Lillian Mbogo Omollo is fighting for her life and she can grab on anything. She had the option to resign. As it were, she had already approved lots of these payments.

The question is why she should even be on trial. Unless GoK changed the regulations, the authority to spend money by a paratstal is fully granted the management of the parastatal and cannot be obtained from the parent ministry. That would be micro-management.

Lastly, corrupt people usually conspire to implicate an upright person in their debauchery, especially if he knows too much. That is their insurance. He need not be upright. He can be targeted because he could turn on them.

Wrong.I do mind corruption but i know how futile the fight is..i am okay if we made small strong institutional gains..for example ifmis now make it easy to fight graft.Youre right on my insurance..my max limit is 5million dollars

Uburu won't go after 20 she difference in a tender. What is happening is his mother and her side of the family are wrecking uhuri regime from inside. Uhuru mother is a miser and so she has hoarded all the wealth denying Kenyatta and his in-laws access to over $50 billion in wealth. This why gstheca and uhuru sisters are looting..the kind of uhuri. Orruption is the indirect kickbacks type..visitors giving his proxies millions of shillings to win favors..but a filthy rich and down to earth uhuru will never loot directly..as matter of fact his lack of interest in hustling made him the conduit used by ngona to finance hundred of millions used in 1992 and 1997 campaigns..the family gave not less that 120 milloon to kanu
