I am a little worried for Dr. Ndii because he is one of a very few people in this world who will probably  not crack under torture  and they may therefore decide to eliminate him hoping that his death will not cause a huge public uproar because he  currently belongs to minority tribe called Kenyans.

The old dog from Sacho, moi tried by arresting and torturing David Ndii at Nyayo house but the man never cracked.  Dr. Ndii affinity to justice, fairness and loyalty to the cause is second to none.

The electoral fraudsters are running scared.  A very dangerous place to be.

They thought that by swearing in Ouru, NASA will have no choice but to accept and move on. Now that NASA has refused to neither accept nor move on, they do not know what to do. While they are  still thinking of the physical secession, we have already seceded psychologically.  We are now two countries and what ouruto says or do does not matter to NASA any more because NASA does not recognize them as their leaders. They only planned on how to steal elections and thought everything else would fall into place once the elections were effectively stolen and the supreme court judges scared to death. Now they have to go back to the drawing board and figure out how to deal with the part of the country who refuses to accept stolen elections and to move on.

IF David Ndii had a cell phone under custody he might as well dispose it or give it a way.  Am sure they have planted bugs on his phone. One thing Kenyans do not know even when your phone is off there capabilities to remotely turn it on and use the microphone to listen to your conversation.  All NASA senior members who have been placed in detention and left their phones with the police should discard those phones and get new ones. NASA politicians turn off the phone and use couriers service or third parties phone until you swear in Raila.

I'm pretty sure that the nasa security team has briefed them about the her tactics.  I was worried about Ndiis computers until I heard abound Mwende Gatabakis profession.

The thieving bastards didn't expect the noise that came from the nasa crew, especially the guy's wife.  Things got so tough that the DPP had to take one for the team.  Lol thickos.

If they were testing waters for the 12th then they also gave NASA the opportunity to deep their feet in the  water.  Those charges are so frivolous that they should have waited for Ndii to come back to NBO, book him and send him home in his own recognizance. All that drama was really unnecessary for this silly charge.

The clearest indicator that swearing Baba in is shiet was Herman Manyora. The sleek NASWA sympathizer was quite clear

I don't think the police will allow them to swear themselves in; they may have to do it Besigye style in some dungeon. And then what after that? Raila would have become PORK :) They are walking a very tight rope because treason is serious business.

It's a weird watching folks trying to justify things on the basis of law.  Stealing elections, intimidating judges, etc, are illegal even treasonous.  But here we are.  The pretense that one group is law abiding is just that.  A charade.  The reality is more about who makes their version of the truth stick.  At this point it looks like the jubilant has the inner lane.  But nothing(except might) should prevent Raila or anyone else for that matter from creating their version.  The back and forth references to law is nonsense.  Democracy died August 8th.

Pastor,  Kenyans are very polarized politically at this time and even the political watering holes are now highly segregated.  All I can tell you is that swearing in is very popular with the NASARITES and it  just has to be done just like Jubilee wanted ouru to be sworn in.  Once Raila is sworn in then he can have a dialogue with Ouru on electoral justice. If Ouru refuses to talk about a complete overhaul of the electoral system then there will be no talk.  NASARITES do not want nusu mkate of any kind and they will not accept and move on until the electoral reforms are made. If Jubilee think they will wear NASA out then they are wasting their time because NASA has nothing to lose and will keep agitating until they achieve tangible results.

We have a lot of time to swear Raila in.  If the police use force to scuttle the December 12th swearing in then we will do it another day and another day until its finally done.  I think the sooner its done the better for everybody.

My very sentiments.  Kisungu mingi for nothing. Ouru's government is as fake as a fake plant in an office building and folks are trying to water it and prune it as if it were real.  What I find amazing is NASA laity understands this more clearly than the lawyers on TV trying to act as if this was a legitimate government which deserves the legal protections of the constitution.

Ruto does not have a clue about what 2022 will bring and I do not think you are privy to his thoughts.  The obsession with Raila is more like you talking than Ruto talking.

Kichwa Ruto understands beyond all the smoke screen is Raila busy remaking himself for 2022 and he knows his strongest opponent will be Raila. The rest dont understand. They imagine Raila is about to drop his ambition and retire. Therefore Ruto is not taking his balls off Raila.Ndii is a fool that gov machinery deals with as matter of routine.I have seen many fools who think Ruto is coming too hard on Raila and yet this war is Uhuru.Uhuru won pork in 02...he has tonnes of money and gema just needed to see viable coalituon. You cannot beat such combination easily. Raila knows he cannot beat Uhuru. This epic war is for 2022 and Raila is going to face his waterloo against arguably the most talented politician

The jubilant and his previous analogues have basically managed to cobble up legitimacy through abuse of machinery of state.  Machinery of state is used as a substitute for consent of the people.  The commissioner made this declaration, the court ruled that way, the chief justice swore the leader in etc.  Regardless of the circumstances, they(and to an extent the oppressed) have always taken this as a lawful outcome.

Under normal circumstances that is the correct view.  But the idea being that you can break any laws, as long as the machinery of state absolves you is what is problematic.  It is just a version of the might is right mantra.  I think this is the legacy that NASA has to dismantle.

we are dealing with a fruit of the poisonous tree and no matter how legally or constitutionally they try to defend it will not work. The source (the "tree") of the presidential election /IEBC itself is tainted, then anything gained (the "fruit") from it is tainted as well.
