How I understand it and I am a layman.  It's a government directly by the people.  In this case, it's a legal entity that does not recognize any authority existing outside itself.  It's uncharted territory.

It's the people exercising their sovereignty directly and not via representatives.  This is simply because the process for electing representatives has been captured and poisoned by the state.  Jubilee's majority in the houses like the presidency do not reflect the actual numbers of their voters.  It's one massive electoral fraud.

NASA are going back to the people and will provide them with the vehicle to assert their authority directly by passing the legislature etc.

It's a novel idea.  One that I hope works.

It absolute nonsense. The idea that some MCAs can pass some motion that goes beyond their mandate is absurdity. If kenya was a federal state - it would have made some sense. Kenya is unitary state and only parliament can pass such laws and president will have to assent it.

what parts of the constitution are you referring to?  Nasa have told us, what's yours?

The GOD BLESS KENYA part of the constitution. You cannot cherry-pick certain section of constitution and declare yourself & budies as "We People" . You'll find yourselves in hand-cuff where Maraga will help interpret the constitution aka treason for you.

Very soon we will see an assembly of people effect it's power when the jubilee poluted judge triggers a by election in embakasi east.  It will make mlolongo famous once again, as people line up to protect their vote.
