Nope they listened to IEBC objection and retain the lawyer thing - but the way Chebukaiti is holding the nation ransom like his buddy Raila - mean Uhuru should return the bill and request any commissioner is equally capable of being the Chairman.

Chebukati is not secret he is owned by Ruto. No matter how he try to be fail he can't.  All the mistake and fuckery is by design.
