I think the way forward.
IEBC should simply get to work - 24hrs - and re-configure the kits, calender and ballots. They have two weeks to get this right. Alternatively they can extend to 1st Nov.

60 days run out on Nov 1st. Stealing elections can be costly. Uhuru will live to regret accepting such a low intelligence rigging scheme.

Small correction. It's JEBC not IEBC. Consult Vooke for further clarifications.

Ruto conducted jubilee nomination in 3 days after tuju screwed up.IEBC should burn the midnight oil and do this.
