NASWA beat NIS,KDF,Flying Squad....and managed to sneak documents outside IEBC. Looks more plausible

Exactly. I think someone planted fake forms. I am pretty sure in fullness of time - we will know. Uhuru has the machinery to get the very bottom of this.

Rumours says it was Akombe - who was NASA mole in IEBC.

Lol... The more plausible story would be that the judges were bullied and threatened  into paring down their orders.

Wanjalas escape is possibly true
