I totally underestimated this guy.  I am sure kamwana and company also feel that way.

I thought of it.  But I had to go with the earlier one.  vooke will have to forgive me.

The posts are quite disjointed. This forum is not exactly that busy with less than ten threads or thereabouts per day. Merging topics is some powers you invoke very sparingly and only with full reason

That is why I rarely merge.  But I thought this was a good candidate for a merge.  The forum may not be that busy to you, but I, and maybe others, are actually used to a slower pace - having to jump from one thread to another discussing essentially the same thing can be quite tasking.  Still in retrospect should have asked first.

Do be asking. I've seen worse nigh similar threads running undisturbed. You was harsh and perhaps with other motives

see anything wrong or incorrect. Do you?

Listen to Maraga;

If you read paragraph 10,Maraga says that judiciary is equal to the executive, that is he thinks and believes he is equal to the president Uhuru and doesn't give a hoot,

Under paragraph 13 & 14,He goes on to say that power belongs to the people and is calling on Kenyans of goodwill,In short he is calling on the opposition NASA to defend him,

Without Prejudice.

its time to rename Uhuru highway or Kenyatta avenue to Maraga highway or Maraga Avenue. Maraga the upright man will go far.

Crushed then what? Do you really think you can remove these judges and replace them with Kalenjin/Kikuyu judges and still have a country.  You guys are really overestimating your fake majority. Maraga with a stroke of a pen achieved international acclaims-even Hilary was citing the Kenyan SCOK.  Maraga is untouchable. Anything happens to him and that will be the end of politics as we know it know in Kenya right now. Pride is at its highest just before a fall.

He need to sober up and order investigation into petitions filled against them.Otherwise if he thought it was gonna be a walk in the park to annul election - he thought wrong. 30 tonne truck is halting down their way. If they did their job honestly they will be fine. If they didn't they'll be crushed.

And seem to make an issue about demos against him while Gusii have been protesting for weeks. He really need to buckle up because the war on him and his bench just started.

You lost your credibility when you started defending pro-jubilee illegalities.

I am however flattered that you too agree NASA = The People!

You people are allergic to truth. Maraga clearly acknowledges the right to picket but complains of those that are aggressive/violent and the threats to judges/their families including lack of adequate security provisions. Who did Kisii demonstrators get aggressive towards? The cameras? Lol. To jubilants threatening to withdraw votes from uhuru=violence to them, lol! But keep going. You are the ones that were here cheering the murder of demonstrators in Kibra, Mathare and Kisumu, no? It's nice to see a change of heart re the basic political freedoms. I'm glad you acknowledge them now.

I guess you're the inhouse expert on demos. I'll consult you on which demos are menacing and which aren't. As for mr magara - he need to buy a thick skin - coz he made enemy of 8M plus kenyans who are angry with him. That is the reality of this decision.

At least I had some credibility. You've never heard any credibility in all my years of interraction from RCB. Your lie about every minute. I don't think I have ever met a pathological liar like you. I wonder what you do when you really have to lie..if you can create lies over anything.

No need for consultation. Everone knows Uhuru is not in any danger from Kisiis except the danger of losing votes which some Jubilants unabashedly equate with actual danger :D Have you seen him complain of aggression from them or anyone else and lack of security? :D Meanwhile, our judges complain that they and their families are under direct threat and don't have adequate security.

Quote
Reverse psychology: Reverse psychology is a technique involving the advocacy of a belief or behavior that is opposite to the one desired, with the expectation that this approach will encourage the subject of the persuasion to do what actually is desired: the opposite of what is suggested. This technique relies on the psychological phenomenon of reactance, in which a person has a negative emotional reaction to being persuaded, and thus chooses the option which is being advocated against. The one being manipulated is usually unaware of what is really going on.

So it's okay to demonstrate against Uhuru but not Magara who in his own word is PRESIDENT OF JUDICIARY - AN EQUAL BRANCH OF GOK. What cheek? You want to have your cake and eat it. The demonstration and aggression will continue until those petitions are cleared up. If Magara and his gang of 4 are clean - they have nothing to worry. Gusii should demo everyday if they want just like Kikuyus should also demo every day. Nobody should have a problem with peaceful demos. The moment it become violent - like those kibera or kisumu goons throwing stones - then police have to meet them with equal force.
