Omorlo,
In your opinion, do you think if the orders are executed fully NASWA would have no excuse at all should they come up empty?

A well written audit algorithm will find the Jubilee "worm" in a flash, it's just like running a virus guard scan.  Jubilee red herrings will not wash in the technical world of Sytems Audit.

It's not a prediction, take up comprehension classes.

I'm asking whether the scope of the orders would satisfy NASWA's quest for some smoking gun.

If they would, and NASWA comes out empty, then that would be sufficient proof that the algorithm/hacking theory is an empty campaign slogan.

If the scope is too limited, then NASWA won't get much try as they may and this sort of makes the outcome a given.

So Omorlo as an insider, with IEBC leaks, ought to assess the orders and right in conclude if they cover what it takes to fish

Ok, why the hypothetical when we only have a day or two to wait?  Are you bored with the " slow" pace of these hearings?

No sir. I'm in as many words asking whether NASWA deems their application successful. We will have a report by tomorrow 1700H GMT+3

This is good from many angles:

1. Avails NASA opportunity to find the rigging bot(s)
2. Increases public confidence in petition outcome
3. Kills credibility of petition loser crying foul
4. Sets precedent for future petitions and discourages rigging by hacking
5. Gives Nipate basis to assess Pundit's MOAS

At this point no one knows what will be found in those servers......did msando have an assistant?  Is there way to find out security features  msando was working on and how were those security features bypassed and who bypassed them.  Several IEBC official most likely will end up in jail but for me the most important part is to know the individual that screwed this thing up so kenyans can deal with them individually.

Your points are on the point. Need credibility in the system.
Should have done the same thing last time, so the loser knows they lost fairly.

It sucks that it literally took a court order to force them to share this public domain information.

It's amusing that  NASWA swang  from server logs,to 'secret actual results',to hacking to algorithms all without a shred of evidence, and had to appeal to SCOK to help validate their bold claims.

They are suspecting something happened.  This is a win for them.  I don't know about its staying power.

Precisely,  if they had nothing to hide they should have volunteer this information promptly or bare minimum when updating the portal they should have been more transparent with source of data.

Considering where we have set the bar for scok this is a win for democracy.  It's a slow and painful process who would have thought IEBC could be forced to account on their IT process. Once audit is in process it's time to take stock of IEBC IT and figure out in terms of cost if kenyans got money their money worth or tender preneurs sacked all the resources leaving the institution with bare bones.  Audit is a good thing so I don't know why partisan jubilee idiots would be opposed

Well, they were so forceful in their claims that suspecting is an understatement; they demanded in writing that Babu be declared the winner, that is after presenting server logs, county summaries....  It's a good thing that we have SCOK so we can sieve bullshiet, I mean even the irrational me nearly fell for computer generated presidency. It was that bad.

Server access? That's like viewing the body of a loved one on the funeral day to get closure. They badly need it

Going forward, I think an independent audit of the entire electoral process is necessary.

-IEBC will forever swear they did better and above what was required of them
- Winners will 101% agree
-Losers will forever whine
