OK, so having coined the explanation for NASA as "Not another spurious allegation" they have finally come up with something worth review. Two main issues :
 (1) the absnce of 10,000 form 34As, which we have been raising as an issue for 48 hours.
 (2) ungazetted polling stations (allegedly) sending in results.

Both are significant issues for the integrity of all six elections, and if there was a real systemic issue (e.g. the polling stations without form 34s are skewed to one one party or the other) it would require all six elections to be rerun.

But neither is relevant now to the issue of announcing the next President of Kenya. Afer the NASA court case, the IEBC now has virtually no leeway or discretion. They have all the results from the 290 legally announced constituency counts . They clearly dont believe a couple of them themselves and they have called the ROs to come and explain, but unless they invalidate the entire election there, they have to use the numbers.

So, IEBC have to declare soon. I think a night declaration would be very unwise, so my money is on a late morning announcement tomorrow (Saturday).
