Is that right?  What exactly is he saying?  I am having trouble streaming it.  Maybe a YouTube link would be better?

He is not claiming to be a computer scientist.

Ndii and the lady(I don't know her name) is saying that the actual Form 34As being received by NASA are not in agreement with what we are seeing on TV and the portal.  The crux of his claim is that we are watching a movie, and conflating it with the reality on the ground.  The lady mentions Nyamira and Bungoma as examples. 

The unstated but clearly implied questions:

What are we being shown? 
Where is it coming from? 
Where were the delayed scans the whole entire time before they started materializing?


Maybe they are right.  Maybe they are not.  But I don't get the impression that the fellow is claiming any expertise from this clip.
