Why can't the DPP charge Raila with the specific offence you feel the evidence discloses? I saw no offence in his speech, did you and which is it? It is easy to generalize and say such things as "incite". What in his statement constituted incitement and against whom?
I know you would like to turn this in to a Raila Trial that is why you revisit an issue discussed and debunked as false and propaganda. It is fine we can have a go at it again:
1. The Uthamaki story is that Raila incited Maasai's against Kikuyus: At what point in the tape does he make that "incitement"?
2. The Uthamaki then add Kisii and Kalenjin to the list: At what point in the evidence you have?
That said, I want to inform you that being an expert in matusi having learned the "art" of matusi like every good Swahili Boy, I know they simply don't work the way you expect.
