Marwa has purported to "cancel" a Jubilee Rally in Mvita. The reasons are as follows:
1. With NASA rally at Tononoka, Jubilee feared that its meeting would be snubbed and for once show that NASA is the King of Mombasa
2. It creates the impression of "fairness" where Marwa can pretend to be a "politically neutral" mandarin who can even lash out at the ruling party
3. That it is Marwa announcing the "cancellation" and not Jubilee saves them the shame of not publicly admitting 1 (above)
