How normal is it for a foreigner to enter your country and go secretly to speak to his army that is illegally deployed in the country? Note that Uhuru is keeping a huge force that lacks any legal mandate to be in Somalia. It is not part of the UN / AU force. It has no authorization from the government of Somalia to be there.
I understand the president of Somalia is considering cancelling a scheduled visit in protest. He may go to Uganda and Burundi instead.
