That election was funny.  That said and without defending Jubilee, it's important to know that having software on the same physical server is not necessarily incriminating or even the same as having access to all the information on that server.  Of course, all efforts should be made to avoid appearance of mischief.  Conversely, one can have access to all information on a server located on the other side of the planet. 

The theft was not effected by the software systems, which at most were merely a ruse.  Software was ultimately useless, with people having to resort to the tried and tested manual approach, with IEBC taking the subsequent few months to reconcile things.
