Three people have told me this guy is such a drunkard he pees on himself every day and comes to the office reeking of alcohol and disoriented. I didn't believe until I saw him on TV opening his mouth to say things that an idiot wouldn't be caught thinking.

He reminded me of Ndemo who defended Safaricom's right to fleece people.

Rotich shouldn't appear on TV. He is clumsy and doesn't understand politics. Keep the man locked up in treasury. That is terrible.

CS main role as president appointee is to act as president ears and eyes in that docket and to provide the president with the best and honest advice regarding that docket. Rotich can neither account for money or articulate policy only making some madman/bus stop arguments.  The blame should lie squarely on Rotich and appointing authority.
