This is just a foreplay of what's coming starting 2018, when "leaders" like Ruto (hoping for PORK) and 2nd term governor's etc. (looking at retirement) start seeing the 2022 countdown.

Reminds me of Mobutu's Gbadolite.  That money could go some ways benefiting local natives.  It might even retrofit some schools with roofs and such.

It benefits Ruto/Raila/Kenyatta etc. for the Kalenjins/Luos/Kikuyus to think it's benefiting them.

Watch Trump and his billionaire cabinet screw the white working class to see the same exact thing.
