Uhuru and Ruto Do Not Want Elections Ever
« on: August 01, 2016, 05:50:15 PM »
I think they want the Kabila way. See how they sent Njee and Abdikadir to prepare "objections" so that whoever they appoint in the supreme court as CJ can gang up with the usual stooges led by Njoki and Ojwang to throw away the select committees findings.

As expected the committee threw out the objections setting the stage for some Jubilee busy body to rush to court

I am amazed. The IEBC is not Jubilee. Am I missing something? Jubilee was right to insist that this matter be handled through constitutional and legal means. Else the High Court will have reasons to declare the outcome invalid. The katiba gives supervisory power to the National Assembly; the reason we have a joint committee is to mollify Cord. The court action you call "busybody" would be an eventuality orchestrated by Cord. Reason - a scapegoat for their upteenth failure in the polls?

MPigs never investigated what happened during elections in depth so it has come to haunt them.
IEBC has started to use the law to continue to be inept.

They're after nusu next year.

It worked in 2007 (granted, Kibaki stuffed ballots in his strongholds a wee bit better than ODM had in their's).

I do not see a path to nusu mkate without RV freedom fighters to back them.

In a fragile country like Kenya, it's surprisingly easy.

Provoke Jubilee, who hate RAO with a passion and would like to get rid of him once and for all. That's where the spark lies, with Jubilee reacting emotionally.

If nothing else, RAO, Uhuru, and Ruto are all obstinate.

There is a misconception that has gone on for far too long. Raila won the 2007 elections. Kibaki stole and when caught asked to keep half. How is it then that the winner is presented as having demanded half when he had gotten the whole?

The Jubilee propaganda that somehow asking for free elections where the winner takes it all amounts to CORD wanting half is just retarded. CORD is not after nusu (which btw Ruto has got) but wants to remove Uhuru and Ruto from power kabisa.
They're after nusu next year.

The current IEBC and Jubilee have one and the same interests.

The talks are aimed at agreeing on a constitutional amendment which will then go to parliament and be enacted.

The commissioners are finding ways to delay and possibly derail their removal which action will be in Jubilee's interest.

The so called constitutional method entailed CORD filing a petition. Well a citizen filed one recently (the second after Wafula Buke's) and as CORD had predicted, the Jubilee dominated parliament threw it out even as the evidence adduced showed it had been proven. That is clearly no way to go.
MPigs never investigated what happened during elections in depth so it has come to haunt them.
