Of course. Outside Prof Madobe's Ogaden clan - KDF are not liked. Gedo region I think has the marehan -who are the alshabab main supporters. Somali need to be divided into federal units for each clan.

That type of solution is tough because the clans are distributed haphazardly.  You find pockets of them everywhere.  You can find one in Puntland, enemy territory, then it reappears on the other side.
