I hear something like a samba rendition of jungle fever.  Where are their wives?

It's kind of interesting that the tale of this dance is told differently in Uganda and Kenya. In the Ugandan version, the headline has it that Museveni is dancing with two Caucasian ladies - basically a threesome.

Not to be outdone and has always trying to make Uhuru the African version of Obama, the Kenyan storyline went something like this "Uhuru dances tango with white lady..." or some such like inane headline.

Ok, as a guy who did his fair share of dancing - in his youthful days - I'll give you my unvarnished pointers.

Museveni: Somewhat stiff, but what would you expect from a guy who spent almost twenty years of his life in the bush fighting assorted dictators from Obote I, to Idi Amin, to Obote II, and the grotesque Okellos. So I'll cut the guy some slack because he wasn't out and about clubbing in Kampala, London, what have you..

Uhuru: First observation - is this guy knock-kneed? He seems that way because you can see him shambling on to the dance floor. His posture his sorely lacking - almost walks with a hunched back, a posture which is not good if you want to command the dance floor; moves are uncoordinated; and seems giggly. And to the Kenyan reporters who wrote this story, sorry this is not a tango. Not even close.

Overall, Museveni comes across as more manly and in control relative to the giddy and shuffling Uhuru.

The ladies, if they're Ukrainians or Russians, would be good dancers testament to their long tradition with ballet.
