He is indeed.  He might just be done in by oil prices though.  He has enough enemies who will not hesitate to use that against him.  Igbos generally cannot stand him.

Some of the numbers are simply mind-blowing.  $15 billion in military contracts from just one regime.  $25 billion from oil sector.  Nigeria's annual budget is around $30 billion.

Why did Uhuru not attend the conference? Kenya is just if not now more cprrupt than Nigeria.
Guess Uhuru will ask for Kenya's money invested by the corrupt in the UK. Guess which family will be leading on that list? :D :D :D :D

Buhari and Kamwana are like water and oil.  I think they have met once.  I don't detect fuzzy feelings between them.  Kamwana was more at home with Goodluck, under whose admin, $15 billion arms deals vanished; a brotherhood of sorts.
