The best Americans can do is hire Russian/Chinese hackers and pay them more.

However, since Russia\China supported Trump has taken over then we do not see any big risk in future

contrary to what people think, chinese and russian hackers aren't that good. they're predictable. larger hacker presence are countries from latin america, canada, korea, taiwan, turkey, from leftist organizations.
