These loans must attract some good interest for China to be dishing them like candy. Japan aging population pensions have been lending Kenya money for infrastructure projects and energy projects for decades ..seems China is just joining ...I hope uhuru is not borrowing to plug the reccurent expenditure black hole

China lends to nearly every country save for a few like Saudi and Norway who are equally awash with cash. US are in far big hole than Kenya....when it come to who owes what to the China man.

America economy has been mismanaged because of embracing untamed free market ideologies since 1980s. Right now USA has pumbed 3.4 trillion cash into the economy and Federal reserve is trying to mop this cash slowly. Wages have stagnated for the last 10 years and housing market is dead. Student loans are killing most of the graduates.. What is happening in USA will happen to Kenya down the line. The Kenya real estate speculation will end with most the banks getting bailed out., the only silve lining in Kenya is that the population is growing at astronomical rate meaning more Kenyans will be going to middle east to be nannies thus rescuing the 90% Kenyans living in Kenya.

Uhuru borrowing binge may bankrupt Kenya like it happened in Iceland
