 I like it producing local.. I hope they are made of polyester or nylon. How can promote local textile industry and promote local production of clothes. I hope the government is serious on banning second hand clothes. This would help  local industries.

Lol! Circus folks I doubt are that cliche. I'm of the opinion educators like professors would indulge in such fetish.

I'm a lady and I wouldn't wear that.

Looks like something an elderly person would wear reminiscing of 50 years ago during the war. Such items may have been considered in vogue. 50s fashion. Case in point:
