Jubilee own scorecard look impressive.

Uhuru enumerated several impressive changes btw now and then, and they look impressive. They've been only undone by corruption (getting worse) and insecurity (now improving).

Kindly give a few examples and please do not mention upgrading of Kibera slums through NYS.

It all depends on perceptions. Most of my young cousins ane nephews are unemployed and that's no progress.

Tell them of Anne Waigurus's NYS programmes for the youth. I hear she will take Kenya to the next level.

Self-praise comes cheap.  Kenya needs a leader who is able to do some brutally honest soul-searching.  With the current options, I don't consider the risk of that happening particularly high.

It depends on the "base level" used for the evaluation.   Relative to say, S. Sudan and Somalia, things are certainly "impressive" in Kenya.     Relative to what one might consider acceptable standards, that does not appear to be the case, and it is hard to see Kenyans as a happy, thriving lot.

The base year is 2013 and the numbers certainly look impressive and praise worthy.
-Number of schools connected to electricity has risen from 10,000 to 20,000 --in those 2-3 short years.
-Electrification has risen from 2.1m to 4m--from 33% to nearly 45%--and Jubilee on course to ensure 75% of electricity supply
-Child mortality down from 72 to 50 per 1k.
-Number of women giving birth in hospital increased tremendously thanks to Jubilee's free maternity health care.
-Free exam fee for every kid and increase in capitation for both primary and secondary schools
-Increased roll out of social cover for the eldely, the disabled, orphans and vulnerable.
